How hard can this be? I set up a “kitchen rug” list on Amazon…..YESTERDAY I shopped online, checked my list of preferences, maybe 45 mins. I clicked on 2 buttons…2 seconds YESTERDAY. A few minutes ago they were delivered at our door from S. Carolina by UPS. Did I mention I ordered YESTERDAY?
NEVER have LAMINATE flooring installed in your kitchen, where there are water drops…….NEVER. Thus we have our floors covered. NEVER!
So I am very happy with all matching rugs. The red matches my curtains, coffee pot, toaster and stove spoon, the beige, my walls. I am so happy….This is where this becomes a BIG project, when my mind runs amuck……Just a little here, just a little there, the most precious touch, dab….of mint green splash on the rugs you’ve ever seen! I found it with the magnifying glass. I will go to Lowe’s next week when I have time….and find some LIGHT mint green to paint the counter back splash. And don’t you think that some polyurethane will give it a “glass” look?
Hope he doesn’t trip over all the heavy weight items that are sitting on the carpets (he knows nothing about) to flatten them out. I am REALLY happy that golf season has arrived, he’s golfing now, and he will be out of my hair.
